Hailing from Dehradun, Sonam Ji (Community Leader at Saarthi Education) grew up without access to coaching centres or learning opportunities that could introduce her to the world of technology and gadgets. Despite her husband owning a computer, she never found the courage to explore it. However, everything changed when she joined Saarthi Education as a Relationship Manager. She initially used her phone solely to make calls. But through her relentless pursuit of growth, she gradually learned to harness its potential for work and learning. As she grew into the role of an Audit Officer and then a Community Leader, she ventured into using a laptop, handling data, and even leading online audit calls. Today, she confidently dives into her day, sifting through data, supporting her team, and utilizing technology to its fullest.
